Lori B. Gross joined Bloom, Gross & Associates as an Associate in October 2015, bringing over 20 years of broad industry experience to the firm.

Upon completing her B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1991, Lori joined Procter & Gamble.  Although she was assigned to a manufacturing role, Lori’s responsibilities included working closely with brand teams to implement promotional strategies.  It was through this collaboration she realized that harnessing deep consumer insights and building brands was her true passion.

After earning her M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2002, Lori continued to develop her career at Unilever. First as a member of the brand activation team that launched the Dove brand into the haircare market and subsequently as a key contributor to its global haircare innovation team, leading successful initiatives in packaging, claims development and innovation pipeline expansion.

Lori’s marketing management experience was deepened during time spent at Motorola and Solo Cup Company where she enjoyed exposure to customer marketing and global category marketing, and gained broader understanding about the full spectrum of marketing.  Lori’s niche goes beyond consumer marketing to include global B2B marketing, and use of insights-based marketing initiatives to drive market share and business results.

In 2009, Lori purchased a COMPUTER EXPLORERS franchise which designs and delivers STEM-based programming to school age children.  This entrepreneurial calling, combined with backgrounds in both engineering and marketing, contributed to the success of her business.

Lori and her family enjoy camping and hiking, and she is an avid photographer and geocacher.
