Shabnam G. Singh joined Bloom, Gross, & Associates in 2006, bringing 11 years of experience in brand management, advertising, and brand strategy development to the firm. After completing her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Shabnam gained her brand management experience at Unilever in Chicago working on the Axe and Degree businesses. Prior to graduate school, Shabnam had a career in advertising at agencies including DDB Chicago and Euro RSCG Tatham. She went on to work in brand strategy at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association before getting into brand management. Shabnam holds a B.S. in advertising from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Lori B. Gross joined Bloom, Gross, & Associates in 2015, bringing over 20 years of broad industry experience to the firm, including brand management, global business strategy and development, entrepreneurship, sales and manufacturing management. Prior to joining the firm, Lori held management positions in brand innovation & activation, customer, and global category marketing with firms including Motorola, Solo Cup Company and Unilever.  In addition, Lori has extensive B2B marketing experience having spent eight years working on global businesses in the chemical industry at Nalco.  Lori began her career in Manufacturing Management at Procter & Gamble.  She holds an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
