Tina Carroll Dugas joined Bloom, Gross & Associates in 1996, bringing 15 years of agency, corporate and consulting experience to the PR practice. She climbed the agency ranks in New York City at Dorf & Stanton Communications (acquired by Weber Shandwick Worldwide) and Porter Novelli prior to joining the New York City Off Track Betting Corporation as its Vice President of Marketing and Special Events. In 1991, Tina relocated to Chicago to become senior vice president for Burrell Communications Group and a private practice consultant. Lisa Giovenco Solomon joined Bloom, Gross & Associates, Inc. in January 2006, contributing over 10 years of human resources experience with a specialization in public relations recruitment and employer branding. Prior to joining the firm, Lisa was the Human Resources Manager for Burson-Marsteller's Midwest offices. In this role she was responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training & development and senior counsel. Lisa brings additional agency experience from Golin/Harris where she was the Corporate Recruitment Manager.
