Tina Carroll Dugas joined Bloom, Gross & Associates in 1996, bringing 15 years of agency, corporate and consulting experience to the PR practice. She began her career in New York City at Dorf & Stanton Communications (later acquired by Weber Shandwick Worldwide) on consumer product PR and then transitioned to healthcare PR for Porter Novelli, prior to joining the New York City Off Track Betting Corporation as its Vice President of Marketing and Special Events. In 1991, Tina was recruited to Chicago to become Senior Vice President for Burrell Communications Group. Tina received a B.A. in mass media communications from Hunter College in New York City.

Jocelyn Hecht joined Bloom, Gross & Associates in 2001, bringing over 7 years of experience in the areas of public relations and executive recruiting. Prior to joining the firm, Jocelyn was a senior recruiter with an executive search firm specializing in the placement of senior level executives in the areas of public relations, sales promotion and advertising. She began her career with two of Chicago's premier agencies: Edelman Public Relations Worldwide and Wunderman Chicago. Jocelyn received her B.A. from Bradley University in 1994.

Lisa Giovenco Solomon joined Bloom, Gross & Associates in 2006, contributing over 10 years of human resources experience with a specialization in public relations recruitment and employer branding. Prior to joining the firm, Lisa was the Human Resources Manager for Burson-Marsteller’s Midwest offices. In this role she was responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training and development and senior counsel. Lisa brings additional agency experience from GolinHarris where she was the Corporate Recruitment Manager. Lisa began her career at her alma mater, DePaul University, where she served in various HR roles.
