Shabnam G. Singh joined Bloom, Gross, & Associates
in 2006, bringing 11 years of experience in advertising, brand strategy
development, and brand management. Shabnam began her advertising
career with DDB Chicago. She went on to work in Brand Strategy at
the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. After completing her MBA

Melissa Ramirez joined Bloom, Gross, & Associates,
Inc. as an Associate in 2010 bringing twelve years of sales and
marketing experience to the firm. At Alberto Culver, she worked
on St. Ives, TRESemme and Nexxus in all aspects of brand management
in both local and international arenas. Prior to Alberto Culver,
she worked in sales at CBS Corporation and Dontech. She received
her M.B.A. with a specialization in International Business from
Loyola University Chicago Business School in 2005 and her Bachelor
of Arts in International Relations from University of Wisconsin
