Shabnam G. Singh joined Bloom, Gross, & Associates in 2006, bringing 11 years of experience in brand management, advertising, and brand strategy development to the firm. After completing her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Shabnam gained her brand management experience at Unilever in Chicago working on the Axe and Degree businesses. Prior to graduate school, Shabnam had a career in advertising at agencies including DDB Chicago and Euro RSCG Tatham. She went on to work in brand strategy at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association before getting into brand management. Shabnam holds a B.S. in advertising from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Melissa Ramirez joined Bloom, Gross & Associates in 2010, contributing 12 years of sales and marketing experience to the firm. At Alberto Culver, she worked on St. Ives, TRESemme and Nexxus in all aspects of brand management in both local and international arenas. Prior to Alberto Culver, Melissa worked in sales at CBS Corporation and Dontech. She received her M.B.A. with a specialization in international business from Loyola University Chicago Business School in 2005 and her B.A. in international relations from University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Tracie McCarthy joined Bloom, Gross & Associates in 2010, bringing over 14 years of experience in recruiting and talent management, supporting the corporate functions for top consumer packaged goods companies such as Sara Lee Bakery, Kraft Foods and Unilever HPC. She’s also worked for two smaller privately-held food companies, Pennant Foods and Little Lady Foods, and has spent much of her career identifying, selecting and developing talent. Tracie received her B.S. in Communications from Illinois State University.
